Acceptable Use Policy

• Browse listings, save shortlists and submit genuine enquiries.
• Share listing pages, real-wedding stories and guides with attribution.
• Leave honest, first-hand reviews of venues and vendors you actually engaged.
• Apply to list as a partner if you are a legitimate, licensed business.

• Submit false enquiries, impersonate someone else, or create fake reviews.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download listings, photos, pricing or contact data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform.
• Use automated tools to spam our concierge desk, forms or partners.
• Bypass PalaceDekho to avoid commission on a Booking that originated from a Lead we introduced.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing or hateful content.
• Upload viruses, malware or anything that could harm our systems or other users.
• Use the Platform to launder money, evade taxes or conduct any illegal activity.
• Probe security or attempt unauthorised access; report vulnerabilities responsibly to connect@palacedekho.com.

Reviews must be based on a real, recent (within 24 months) experience. We may remove reviews that are off-topic, contain personal attacks, reveal personal data, or are determined to be fake. Partners may not incentivise reviews in exchange for discounts or gifts.

Violations may result in warning, removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of access — without refund of any fees paid — and may be reported to law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.

To report suspected abuse, fake listings or unsafe partner conduct, email connect@palacedekho.com with the URL and a brief description. Our trust & safety team responds within 48 hours.
