2. What you can raise with the Grievance Officer
- Concerns about content displayed on PalaceDekho.
- Complaints about a venue or vendor partner.
- Requests to remove information about you or your business.
- Privacy and data-protection complaints under the DPDP Act, 2023.
- Allegations of impersonation, intellectual-property infringement or unlawful content.
- Reports of safety or fraud concerns.
3. How to file a complaint
Please include the following in your email or letter:
- Your full name, contact email and phone number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Relevant URL(s), booking ID or screenshots.
- A statement that the information you are providing is true to the best of your knowledge.
- If the complaint relates to someone else, the basis on which you are authorised to file it.
4. Our response timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days for general grievances.
- Removal of unlawful content (per IT Rules 2021): within 36 hours of a valid order, and content involving sexually explicit material or impersonation within 24 hours.
- Data-protection grievances under the DPDP Act: within 30 days.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may approach the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under Rule 3A of the IT Rules 2021, or the Data Protection Board of India in case of personal-data grievances.
6. Anti-fraud and law-enforcement
For lawful requests from courts and law-enforcement authorities, please write to grievance@palacedekho.com with the formal order. We comply with valid Indian legal process.
