Data Sharing Policy

We share only the minimum information necessary for the specific partner to respond to your specific enquiry. Nothing more. We never sell or rent your data.

• Your first name and last initial (full name only after you confirm interest).
• Your contact number and email (so the partner can reach you).
• Wedding or event dates and city.
• Approximate guest count and budget band.
• Service requirement (e.g. catering for 400, decor for haldi, banquet block).
• Notes you authorised us to forward.

• Government IDs, PAN, Aadhaar, passport numbers.
• Payment-card numbers, bank account details.
• Private notes between you and your PalaceDekho concierge.
• Names or contact details of your guests.
• Your enquiries with other partners on the platform.

Every partner is contractually bound by our Vendor & Venue Partner Agreement and must:

• Use your data only to respond to the specific enquiry forwarded.
• Not add you to any marketing list without separate, explicit consent.
• Not share, sell or rent your data to any third party.
• Store your data securely with restricted access.
• Delete or anonymise your data 24 months after the last interaction, unless you sign a separate contract with them.
• Notify PalaceDekho within 24 hours of any data-security incident affecting your data.

To run the Platform we share limited operational data with vetted service providers under strict confidentiality terms:

• Cloud hosting (India / EU regions) — to host the website and database.
• Email and SMS providers — to send OTPs and booking updates.
• WhatsApp Business API providers — to deliver concierge messages.
• Payment gateways — to process online payments.
• Analytics — anonymised usage statistics only.

We may disclose information when required by a court order, lawful government request, or to prevent fraud, abuse or harm. We will challenge over-broad requests and notify you wherever legally permitted.

• You decide which partners receive your data — we ask before forwarding.
• You can withdraw consent any time by emailing connect@palacedekho.com.
• You can request a list of partners with whom your data was shared.
• You can ask for deletion subject to legal retention.
