General Refund & Cancellation Terms
Refunds or cancellations are only applicable if requested at least 60 days before the confirmed booking date.
Any request made within 60 days of the booking date is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
Once a venue has been visited through our coordination (physically or virtually) or any service/vendor has been engaged as part of your planning, the booking fee becomes non-refundable.
Service Categories
For Venue Selection Services
If cancellation is requested ≥ 60 days prior to the wedding date and no venue visit (assisted or arranged through PalaceDekho) has been conducted:
➡ 100% of the booking fee will be refunded within 3-4 business days to your original mode of payment.
If any venue visit (assisted or arranged by PalaceDekho) has taken place:
➡ No refund is applicable.
For Wedding Organization & Vendor Coordination
If cancellation is requested ≥ 60 days prior to the wedding date and no vendor or service has been formally engaged via PalaceDekho:
➡ 100% refund of booking fee.
If any vendor/service (e.g., catering, decor, photography, makeup, etc.) has been engaged or booked via PalaceDekho at any stage:
➡ No refund will be processed.
For Wedding Service Business Growth Services
Refund requests for these business collaboration services will be considered on a case-by-case basis only if no service deliverable (e.g. campaign, listing, or consultation) has been initiated.
Important Notes
The refund policy applies solely to the initial booking fee or retainer paid at the start of engagement. PalaceDekho reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with these conditions. Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will process your refund within 14-21 business days to the original payment method.
